In the past 3 years dozens of companies popped up with toothpaste tabs but Bite still charges $30/bottle. They make millions of $$$ and have expanded their product line. Because there is enough demand and competition to justify it. But it's not justified to pay $130/year for sheets when you can only pay $20 for 2 boxes of powder that last you a year.Īll we can do is that these companies start lowering their prices. Are laundry sheets the next evolution of environmentally friendly cleaning? Maybe. Yes, the powder is definitely better than liquid. Sometimes there are things that has been around for centuries and it works just fine. I am saying that you don't always have to reinvent the wheel. I am not saying that laundry detergents are bad. Most detergents have Hydrogen Peroxide which cleans the fabric. We should always make sure to check what ingredients are in it to not further harm the environment. And it's way more affordable than these new laundry sheets.Īre all powder detergents the same? Of course not. I mean it's true tho that powder detergents are manufactured with less water during the process. You can either be offended by other people's posts or you could give it some thought. We should approach everything with an open mind. I appreciate every thread no matter if it's something that doesn't align with my opinion or if it's something I can learn from. I think the biggest issue with this generation is that people are way too quick to be offended when it doesn't go their way or when it's a different opinion.
